BCS has scanned documents of all types for local, state, and county government in New England. Our scanning includes scanning cemetery records, vital records, water & sewer connection cards, DPW & Highway plans, and deeds both "on-site" and off-site.
Cemeteries:
BCS scans cemetery records including deceased, lot/location, and burial cards, and ledger books on-site, creating a simple and affordable search and retrieval database linked to the scanned images. Optional web based records search available for in-house and public access.
Manufacturing:
BCS scans product drawings in paper and film (aperture cards), ECO's (engineering change orders), specification sheets, parts lists, maintenance & repair manuals, and more into tiff, pdf, and CAD formats with full indexing of search fields..
Power Companies & Utilities:
BCS has scanned engineering drawings and connection cards for electrical, gas, water, piping, communications, cabling, and facilities into tiff, pdf, and full intelligent CAD.

BCS has scanned floor plans, site plans, elevations, details, electrical, HVAC, and piping drawings into tiff, pdf and CAD for most local engineering and architectural firms.
